Presidian Hospitality seeks a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's grounds and facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grounds Maintenance: Assist in the care and maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, and other landscape elements around the hotel grounds.
- Trash Removal: Ensure outdoor spaces (walkways, patios, entrances) are clean, tidy, and free of debris.
- Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal tasks such as mulching, planting, trimming, and snow/ice removal (as needed).
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or maintenance roles preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.
