Hiring: Community Director

This position is responsible for the successful day-to-day financial, administrative and maintenance operation of the community in compliance with company standards. The Community Director directly supervises the maintenance staff and leasing consultants.

Qualifications:

• Affordable and Conventional Housing
• Property Management: 5 years
• Minimum 2 years of lease up experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Financial And Budget Experience
• Passionate about exceeding goals
• You must have exceptional customer service experience
• Oversee Office and Maintenance Staff
• High School diploma or GED
• Computer technology skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge and ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative setting
• bookkeeping/account reconciliation experience
• CAM/Licensed Property Manager certification
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus
