This role requires a sales and marketing minded individual who is looking for an exciting opportunity to connect local business owners and organizations with marketing strategies that include any combination of print and digital advertising, contests and promotions.
You’ll start with a current customer base and be expected to develop strategies to grow sales within a geographic territory. This is a base salary plus commission position. We offer Health Insurance after 90 days, 401K Matching, and Paid Time Off.
Responsibilities:
- B2B advertising sales
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals and grow advertising revenue in all company advertising products
- Prospecting, appointment setting, and conducting advertising presentations
- Actively collaborate with manager and sales team on new creative ideas to increase revenue
- Develop and demonstrate complete knowledge of all the company’s print, digital and specialty products
- Develop and demonstrate familiarity within assigned territory
- Project a professional, positive and enthusiastic image during the performance of duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years Outside sales experience.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field, OR experience within specific role for 4 years.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Effective oral and written communication skills.
· Customer service skills.
· Ability to develop and execute a sales plan.
· Valid, clean Pennsylvania driver's license.
· Confidentiality policies.
