What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Director position at Press Ganey Associates?
We are in search of an adept, innovative, and intuitive creative director who would bear the responsibilities of interpreting our marketing briefs and turning them into creative solutions whilst delivering the highest quality of products, overseeing our creative teams, and troubleshooting design problems.
Our ideal match would be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver great products and user/client experience. Ultimately, a top-notch design director should have strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Adapt leadership style to inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible
- Lead the prioritization and management of both team and individual work, ensuring everyone adheres to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Create storyboards and mockups for clients and the design team to visualize the completed project
- Pitch ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team
- Oversee the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.
- Review feedback from our CMO and CPO and making alterations according to our needs
What you need to flourish:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction as a creative or in a similar discipline
- Experience leading a creative team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating organic contents for paid social media campaigns, websites, mobile applications, as well as paid digital media channels
- Experience overseeing numerous projects at once
- Intimate familiarity with how brands engage in today’s connected universe
- Sufficient knowledge of digital and social media to develop ideas that utilize the latest technologies
- High attention to detail and proven ability to quickly identify problems and solve them
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience developing creative for innovative platforms like TikTok
Compensation
$17,880 Monthly - Salary is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
