What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Producer position at Press Ganey Associates?
We seek an adept and gifted executive producer. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, shooting and editing cutting edge podcast productions and commercials in-house and for our clients. Live production experience is a plus.

Although every day will not look the same here are some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role within our offices.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate with internal and external clients to meet deadlines and monitor equipment maintenance and usage
- Oversee the production of a range of podcast episodes touching disparate subjects of proper health and wellness routines or rituals for self-improvement
- Help manage workflow and relationship of cross functional teams and leadership
- Develop show concepts and push our teams to be better creative and ambitious in-order to deliver on our goals
- Provide creative notes using your own unique voice, at all stages of production
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
What you need to flourish:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction as a creative or in a similar discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of digital content creation experience or in a similar role
- Experience leading a creative team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating organic contents for paid social media campaigns, websites, mobile applications, as well as paid digital media channels
- Strong self-editing skills with attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and design layout
- Experience overseeing numerous projects at once
- Ability to trending topics to make judgments and react instantaneously and independently to key breaking/viral opportunities
Compensation
$15,770 Monthly - Salary is competitive and commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
