PRESS, recipient of one Michelin star and Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2022, is looking to grow our management team with the addition of an Assistant General Manager.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years Front of House management experience in a fine-dining restaurant, with preference given to those candidates with leadership experience at a Michelin-starred or Relais & Châteaux-rated property.
AGM responsibilities will include, but not limited to, consistent coaching of our staff as we elevate our service standards, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, actively managing the reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, assistance with ordering CGS, confidence offering better standard practices, clear communications with Chefs, initiative holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service.
