Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of fulfillment specialists
- Oversee the entire order framing and fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with design, preservation, and operations teams to improve workflows
- Implement quality control measures and monitor inventory levels.
- Previous framing experience preferred.
- Excellent team management and communication skills
