Experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.

Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and distribution
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile variances
- Work within inventory databases and assist with effective inventory control procedures
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Build partial pallets at the end of shift and label pallets accordingly
- Identify "at risk" product and dispose of accordingly
- Utilize forklift, high lift, and mule to move pallets accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and score cards to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure USDA regulatory compliance, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, GMP, and SQF program quality, and safety
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
Experience:
