Essential Functions
- Daily cleaning of office buildings including: bathrooms, hallways, stairways, trash collection, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Daily cleaning of sinks, toilets, mirrors, doors, sanitizing phones and group rooms
- Weekly: Dust and clean counters, bathtubs, window sills, and replenishing bathroom supplies
- Monthly cleaning of windows outside, dusting light fixtures
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Education, Certification/License, and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
- Obtain and maintain CPR/FA and CPI certifications.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
