Summary: The Talent Acquisition Team has an opening for a full-time healthcare recruiter to work remotely from home with occasional travel to skilled nursing facilities and hiring events.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in recruiting for clinical and operational leadership roles to direct care positions; RN's, LPN's and CNA’s.
- Strong working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Geofencing, to promote company branding, culture, job postings and more.
- Ability to source from both active and passive candidates from; Indeed database, LinkedIn, cold calling, ATS.
- Good working knowledge of software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently (strong work ethic) and as a team.
- Ability to travel to hiring events, job fairs (career fairs), conventions as needed.
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to communicate with candidates, facilities, hiring managers, nursing schools.
- Excellent organization skills; keeping a clean work environment and being able to multi-task several projects simultaneously.
Job Functions:

- Provide customer service to all facilities within the assigned region in a timely manner to increase applicant flow and source for the best candidates possible.
- Creativity and out of the box thinking in sourcing passive candidates by utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn, cold calling, social media platforms, referral sources, ATS, references, job boards, and more.
