We’re a small but growing family-run home service company that specializes in cleaning outdoor gas BBQ grills, outdoor kitchens and residential kitchen ovens. • Starting base pay at $21.00 hr tips

This is an excellent position for those who tend to be reserved, even-tempered and maybe prefer to be a little solitary in their work. Though you would interact with a customer, you don’t need to be a sociable person for this role. Most of our appointments are done with little to no interaction with the customer.

• Pay Starts at $21/ hour
• You will earn a base rate of $21/ hr performance bonus. (The more you work, the more you get paid beyond your base rate!) Most techs can earn upwards of $22 to $28/hr with performance bonus and tips.
• You will get paid on time (every two weeks)
• You will work hard but we respect our family time. We train you to work in a way so you can get home at a decent time to enjoy your free time.

Job Description: To start off, we don’t need you to have experience cleaning gas grills or ovens. Most of our best hires in the past didn’t even have any cleaning experience. We just need you to be detailed oriented, have the desire to work, exhibit some patience during the job, be a little clean obsessive, be willing to learn something new and appreciate knowing there is a process to follow.

• Dress code required – company shirt will be provided
• Use of power tools and non-toxic cleaning solutions
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• As a safety conscious individual, you will drive a company vehicle to and from customers locations throughout the Denver metro area
• We provide a company vehicle, you do not use your own vehicle other than getting to work. A personal vehicle is required (No public transportation near by)
• You would be a W-2 employee, not a sub contractor
• Start and end your day in Northglenn
• Hiring will be contingent upon a clean DMV, background check and a personality profile test to make sure you have the right personality for this position

The reality of the position is - This job can be hard work and can be physically demanding at times. It may require you to work in both the heat and cold, standing, or on your knees hunched over for periods of time. If you don't like to sweat, get dirty or be in the sun than this position probably is not for you.
