Full Job Description:

Car Wash Attendant is responsible for all operational aspects of locations assigned including, Sales, Customer Service, Machinery, Grounds Keeping

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conducts the daily operations of Car Wash to achieve company goals

· Delivers quality and exceptional customer service standards

· Present and sell unlimited plan

· Accountable for satisfactorily resolving customers concerns and complaints

· Monitor and control for chemicals, utilities and equipment repairs/replacement

· Maximize speed for processing vehicles at the wash

· Maintain productivity to minimizing downtime

· Keep car wash facilities clean and organized

· Attends all training, meetings and relative events

Preferred Experience and Skills:

· Highly effective communicator

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team

· Basic mechanical skills

· Has excellent conflict resolution skills

· Continuously looks for process to improvements and corrections

· Basic experience computer skills

· Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for a minimum of 50 hours per week

· Efficient time management capabilities

Frequently Working Conditions:

· Exposed to loud noise, wet and/or humid conditions (not related to weather)

· Exposed to outside weather conditions, severe cold, hot, humid.

· Exposed to work around fumes, airborne particles and chemicals

· Continually working near moving mechanical parts

· Required to lift/push/carry more than 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
