Senior Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities

1. Meet monthly sales volume and profit objectives by effectively managing the sales department and ensuring salespeople are well-equipped to meet these targets.
2. Create and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
3. Develop and lead a high-performing retail sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
4. Maintain open communication with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships.
5. Ensure accurate appraisals of incoming used vehicles and work with the General Manager to forecast sales and expenses.
