Job Summary :
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to : Answering phones and managing visitors, Respond Recover (PD), Local Order entry, Hot shots / Handheld support, cashiering support, customer service, and other various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Required Qualifications :
Know how to operate a 10 key machine.
Data entry : Enters data from source documents into computer or onto tape or disk for subsequent entry, using keyboard or scanning device.
Data Maintenance : Deletes incorrectly entered data.
File Copying : Photographs or makes copies of data and records, using photocopying or microfilming equipment.
File Sorting : Sorts or classifies information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
Scanning : Uses data entry device, such as optical scanner, to input data into computer for revision or editing.
Telephone Skills.
Microsoft Windows.
Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications :
Report Compiling : Compiles reports and tables to show statistics related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss.
Data comparison : Compares data entered with source documents.
Education : & High School
