- Handle litigation matters largely independently.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
- Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities.
- Prepare position statements and dispositive motions.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- 8 years of experience in employment litigation, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Class or collective action experience or other complex litigation experience is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in good standing in either Oregon or Washington, or willing to relocate and licensed in another state.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
