Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the register and follow up with patients to remind them to pick up their medications.
- Receive and unpack medication orders, check invoices, price medications, and maintain efficient stock flow from the stockroom.
- Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions filled and file prescriptions appropriately.
- Support the pharmacist in counting, pouring, and labeling medications.
- Collect counseling information from the computer system and attach it to prescriptions.
- Place inventory orders and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Keep the pharmacy clean, ensuring all utensils and equipment are sanitized.
- Run daily and monthly reports as required.
- Assist in monitoring inventory to prevent the presence of expired medications.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct relevant questions to pharmacists.
- Enter prescription data into the computer system and print medication labels.
- Transmit replenishment orders and track inventory levels.
- Assist with annual and monthly inventory and prepare necessary reports.
- Retrieve unclaimed medication after 10 working days and return to stock.
- Process refill authorization requests and manage refill orders.
- Deliver medications within the FHN service area using a company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of prior customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No security clearance required.
- Visa candidates will not be considered.

Salary : $17 - $22
