- Follow all procedures within the IMS system as required for this role
- 3-5 years of sales/account management experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments in a manufacturing or capital equipment/project environment (preferred)
- Technical understanding of product lines being represented
- Knowledge of product application and industry experience
- Ability to estimate projects and coordinate bidding with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing for accurate scope definition and project pricing
- Strong negotiation skills in project pricing and long-term strategic partnerships
- Experience in business-to-business, large/strategic customer segments
- Proven ability to grow sales through prospecting and developing new accounts
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and organized
