- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing client needs promptly.
- Perform general office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members when required.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking office supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for visitors and clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools is highly desirable.
