- Media Strategy & Planning
- Help develop and execute customized media plans tailored to client objectives across digital, TV, radio, print, and outdoor channels.
- Conduct in-depth channel research and competitive analysis to inform strategic media recommendations.
- Identify and implement innovative media opportunities, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
- Negotiation & Buying
- Negotiate media rates with vendors to secure the most competitive pricing and added value for clients.
- Manage media contracts, ensuring compliance with budget constraints and campaign goals.
- Campaign Execution & Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of media buys, ensuring accuracy in booking, trafficking, and deployment.
- Monitor campaign pacing and implement real-time optimizations to maximize performance.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with creative, account management, and traffic teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track and analyze media performance metrics, leveraging tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other analytics platforms.
- Identify underperformance trends and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Address under-delivery issues through makegoods and strategic reallocations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and third-party agencies to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive recommendations for improving their media investments.
- Billing & Reconciliation
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.

- Google Search Ads Certification
- 5 years of experience in media planning/buying, with a focus on both digital and traditional media.
- Proven track record in performance marketing, performance media, or results-driven environments.
- Experience with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or public health industries is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in media planning/buying tools (Nielsen, SRDS, AdViews, SQAD).
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Kenshoo/Marin, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and collaborative team player.
