Please note, this is not a door-to-door, not a remote, and not a commission-only position. The role requires in-office training in Columbia, MD, three times a week, along with travel to nearby retail locations for face-to-face marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in all aspects of direct marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with senior managers to understand business operations and client management.
• Engage in sales activities to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
