Prestige Event Design is looking for a Junior Planner / Sales Coordinator to assist with wedding planning, client consultations, and day-of coordination on a contract (1099) basis. This role requires a blend of planning, sales, and coordination skills to support both business development and event execution.

The ideal candidate will help guide potential clients through the booking process, assist in planning weddings, and serve as an on-site Wedding Coordinator when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in wedding planning by managing timelines, vendor communication, and logistics.

- Conduct client consultations and follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.

- Upsell design and planning services to ensure clients have a seamless experience.

- Handle vendor outreach and coordination, ensuring all event elements are in place.

- Serve as a Day-of Coordinator when clients hire Prestige Event Design for event management.

- Attend venue walkthroughs, vendor meetings, and industry networking events as needed.

- Assist in administrative planning tasks, such as updating client documents and managing planning checklists.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in wedding planning, event coordination, or hospitality sales preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Comfortable with in-person coordination for weddings and remote planning tasks.

- Ability to make follow-up sales calls and convert inquiries into bookings.

- Reliable transportation is required for venue visits and event coordination.

- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend weddings and events.

Position Details:

Location: Hybrid – Remote with in-person work for meetings and event days

Schedule: Contract-Based, As Needed
