Job duties and responsibilities:
- Create invoices, credit memos
- Update account records and customer information
- Send payment reminders
- Assist Customers and answer any questions
- Send invoices
- Engage in communication with Managers and Technicians regarding services being completed and any paperwork needed
- Closing invoices in a timely manner-within 48 hours of the services being completed
- Communication with customers regarding invoices
- Verifying all information on invoices is correct and fees are added
- Assist where needed with AR/collections
- Taking payments as needed
- Help other regions as needed
- Participate in weekly billing and sales calls
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- FullBay Experience Preferred
