Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies
- Coordinating interviews for new staff
- On-boarding new hires and organizing orientations
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.
- Work hard to manage a fun working environment for staff
- Create monthly and weekly events for staff
- Work hard at staff recruitment and retention
- Process Medicaid / medicare applications
