Prestige Healthcare Resources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated licensed clinician to supervise the provision of Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for a Core Services Agency in the District of Columbia. Direct service provision of 10 hours minimum per week will also be expected. The Clinical Manager will manage direct care and peer staff in the MHRS program to ensure high quality care and documentation in delivering community support, therapy, and skill building services to clients both on and off site for the goal of client rehabilitation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedules staff and assigns duties.
- Supervision of unlicensed, credentialed, and licensed staff members.
- Complete and track supervision in Credible
- Conducts performance reviews and handles discipline in conjunction with Human Resources and the Clinical Director.
- Conducts department meetings and training programs.
- Implements policies and procedures in compliance with facility policies and the Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) guidelines.
- Monitor and report CRISP activity to ensure care coordination of consumers
- Interacts directly with clients to resolve problems
- Manage and answer the on-call phone when scheduled
- Provides crisis management and if required facilitates FD12’s
- Ensure consumer (patient) satisfaction survey are completed as required
- Completes and approves Diagnostic Assessments and treatment plan.
- Approve all clinical documentation
- Perform at least ten billable service hours weekly
- Track and update all clinical standards through supervision of the Care Coordinator and review of all documentation.
- Reviews assessment and referral material to assess appropriate level of care and liaisons with internal and external agencies to create transition plans to the next level of care.
- Evaluates quarterly progress reports and treatment plan updates
- Remains actively involved in the overall case management of referrals by the caseworkers
- Reviews and approves documentation of unlicensed staff for accuracy
- Ensures that the staff maintains acceptable billable hours according to caseload assignment and maintains appropriate client ratios
- Other duties, as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed as a LICSW or LPC in the District of Columbia (required)
- Four or more years direct clinical services experience with adults and families.
- Three or more years’ of experience in direct clinical supervision
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and other standard software applications.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
