POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Business and Community Relations in the behavioral health sector is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and fostering strong community relationships to support the organization’s mission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Business Development
- Identify and develop business opportunities to expand the organization’s services and market reach.
- Create and implement growth strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on service delivery, operational goals, and business development initiatives.
2. Community Engagement and Partnership Building
- Establish and nurture relationships with key community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, and government agencies.
- Represent the organization at community events, forums, and meetings to promote behavioral health awareness and services.
- Act as the primary liaison for community outreach initiatives, fostering partnerships that enhance service access and visibility.
3. Brand Promotion and Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the organization’s programs and services.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, primary care providers, and other healthcare organizations.
