We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and spread the word about our services.
Job Description: As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers in residential areas, presenting our landscaping services, and building relationships with homeowners to generate new business. As well as prospecting Commercial business locations for Property maintenance opportunities. You will act as a brand ambassador for our company, effectively communicating the value of our services and closing sales to help us grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce and promote our landscaping services.
- Provide detailed information about our offerings, including Estate Management, Landscape design, Maintenance, and other landscaping solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Document all customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and secure service agreements.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold a positive image in the community.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural talker who enjoys meeting new people.
- Positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
- Previous sales experience (door-to-door or in another industry) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of neighborhoods.
- Organized with good time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in generating new leads.
