Prestige Linens is a leading manufacturer of table linens and draping for the special event industry. We're an online-based company supplying event businesses all over North and South America. We're seeking an upbeat and responsible office administrator to join our team. Some of the key tasks for this position are:
- Managing office and warehouse staff
- Managing weekly production schedule
- Scheduling of staff members
- Managing orders through QuickBooks
- New product development/sourcing
- Managing new additions to product line
- Assisting office staff with customer service
- Additional Office/Clerical Duties
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday from 9-5
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to Multi-Task
Ability to work under pressure
Phone etiquette
Basic computer skills: excel, email, etc
Valid driver's license
