Community Manager / Provisional Community Manager (NRED CAM LICENSE REQUIRED) - Will be performing PORTFOLIO management for a small portfolio of communities!
Prestige Management Group is a HOA management company looking for a portfolio Community Manager or Provisional Community Manager. Looking for someone who is willing to work hard and help build and expand our business, with a “can do” attitude, knowing you will be performing all sorts of tasks from from sending out mailers, taking phone calls, answering phones, to attending Board Meetings, corresponding with Board Members, drafting budgets, communicating and scheduling work with vendors, attending industry functions, etc. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a career where your skills and what you bring to the table will be valued! REQUIREMENTS & JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Must possess top notch organizational, time-management & customer service skills.
· Excellent computer skills – VMS experience a plus. Prior HOA mgmt. experience REQUIRED and prior condo management is strongly preferred. Portfolio will include being on-site at 2 properties (1 day per week at each of the 2 properties & the remaining days will be at the Prestige main office).
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Have ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Attend Board Meetings, draft minutes, solicit bids for Association projects, assist & guide your Board's with open legal matters, compliance matter & account delinquencies.
· Responsible for answering calls from homeowners, tenants and Board Members alike, and providing assistance and guidance.
· Inspection of community common areas and residences for compliance infractions on a regular basis. Must have own vehicle to perform these inspections (you will be compensated/reimbursed for mileage).
· Prepare correspondence and disseminate.
· Handle gate remotes/transponders, key distribution, and input of data into gate systems, VMS, QuickPass, etc.
· Set up of data/info in VMS, draft compliance letters, etc.
HOURS: Full-time position, Monday – Friday, salaried

BENEFITS: The company will pay for all CAM related licensing expenses, a CAI membership and an annual stipend to continue your education to obtain industry designations. Medical/dental/vision/401K options available after initial 60 day probationary period.
Additional BENEFITS: PTO, sick time, birthday off annually, all Federal holiday’s off and many other days around the holiday’s in November/December OFF annually – While this is a full-time position, hours and schedule are flexible as you will occasionally have to attend evening meetings, after hours events, etc.
