What are the responsibilities and job description for the LIHTC COMPLIANCE MANAGER position at Prestige Management, Inc?
LIHTC COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST:
We are looking for an experienced LIHTC Compliance Manager for our fast-paced compliance and marketing department. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters efficiently and with accuracy. They will be responsible for all job-related duties involving ongoing LIHTC compliance and marketing for new projects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee lease-ups and marketing of new projects (lotteries and mini-lotteries) via HC2
- Assist and completes as needed annual income certifications and annual student status certs for properties within their assigned portfolio.
- Prepares tenant file reviews for on-going audits with investors, syndicators, and monitoring agencies.
- Completes monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reporting.
- Prepares and mails out lease renewals in a timely manner and checks for AMI rent level
- Extremely detailed oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and has ability to prioritize.
- Highly motivated and demonstrates initiative to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Performs additional duties as assigned/needed
Experience and Skills Required:
3 years’ experience in LIHTC/affordable housing, HPD/HDC guidelines. Knowledgeable in Rent Stabilization Laws. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office and MS Excel, required. TACCS, COS, BOS, AHM or other widely-known affordable housing compliance certification preferred. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
