Position Summary
Lead and mentor the Operations Team to deliver quality products in a timely manner while continually improving performance and process.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Drive operational excellence and process optimization
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Analyze financial data to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Establish and maintain a well-motivated team including training, supporting and developing each team member.
- Increase quality of customer service
- Lead a culture of Safety within the workplace
