Overview:
This position will be responsible for the performance of formalized routine tasks and end-user assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, printers, and other technologies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive and document technical problems reported by internal and external users using the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution to reported technical problems
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Perform preventative maintenance and hardware repairs
• Coordinate and set up equipment for employee use
• Utilize basic Windows and network software tools to investigate technical problems and automate tasks
• Develop training materials and procedures and train users in the proper use of hardware and software
• Perform software application installations and basic customization
• Provide support for mobile devices (iOS, Android)

Education/Training:
An associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent is required.
Work Experience:
• Typically, 0-5 years’ related experience in technology.
• Knowledge of basic hardware and software issues.
• Basic understanding of Windows registry, desktop utility, management, and scripting tools.
• Technical and process knowledge of desktop image development, testing, deployment, and updates.
• Working knowledge of best practices and industry standards regarding deployments, day-to-day operation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendor support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years in an IT position supporting PCs in a network environment with end-user support experience.
• 1 years of experience with PC and desktop applications (Windows 10, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
