- Assist Payroll Coordinator with Kronos Supervisors' access and timely addition of projects
- Resolve employee and department head questions/problems, prepares and accurately maintains all payroll bi-weekly tax records/reports and deductions
- Process check requests for Accounts Payable and ensure the check's timely mailing
- Works with Payroll Coordinator in testing and preparing for Kronos/PeopleSoft upgrades
- Ensures payroll edits are timely for payroll deadline, answer phone calls/emails regarding payroll questions as needed
- Learn to fully run a complete payroll cycle in the event that the Payroll Supervisor is unavailable
