Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a self-reliant role requiring initiative, excellent communication and attention to detail This position involves a mix of account management and working with our outside sales team to on-board new customers with a smooth transition to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Evaluation: Read and evaluate drawing, blueprints and pictures to properly provide accurate estimate and working solutions to a given project. Make suggestions of materials based on the use and performance of given materials, budget and the exspressed desires of the client.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
Customer Engagement: Present and update product samples, discuss design options, and offer solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of cabinet and countertop design, sales and pricing.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated and tenacious with a results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organizational and time management .
$20.00hr to $25.00 base pay. (Min 40hr average)
