Automotive Quick Lube Service Advisor
Prestige Toyota is currently looking for a qualified Quick Lube (TXM) Service Advisor to join our team! Prospective candidates must be customer centered, reliable, well organized and have a professional attitude and appearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers, fully understand and document repair orders
- Perform walk around and inspect all vehicles for potential body, glass and dent repairs
- Create repair orders by fully documenting customer information and vehicle maintenance, and mileage
- Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs
- Estimate time and cost of repairs
- Monitor progress of client vehicles update on status
- Other duties as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Enjoys working with customers
- Basic Computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Experience preferred
