Automotive Service Advisor
Prestige Automobiles is currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join our team! Prospective candidates must be customer orientated, reliable, well organized, customer friendly and have a professional attitude and appearance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully understand and document repair orders for customer pay and warranty repairs
- Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs
- Clearly explain the requested service on all vehicles
- Estimate time and cost of repairs
- Advise clients on maintenance and repairs for their vehicle
- Monitor progress of client vehicles update on status
- Other duties as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Basic Computer skills
- Enjoys working with customers
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Team player
- Experience preferred
