We are seeking a dedicated Policy Services Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on proactive customer engagement and policy auditing to ensure our clients remain protected and in good standing.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to prevent policy cancellations due to non-payment.
- Audit customers’ insurance policies to ensure they have all necessary coverage for their trucking operations.
- Educate clients on their policy details, explaining additional coverage options and ensuring they understand their obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address coverage adjustments or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Monitor accounts for potential risks and take preemptive steps to address them.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, prioritizing their long-term protection and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide informed guidance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or policy management roles. (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in commercial trucking insurance or similar fields. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and coverage options. (Preferred)
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A 4-40 Customer Service Representative Insurance License.
