Overview:
We are currently seeking a tech-savvy General Office Services Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain professional experience and those who enjoy multitasking with a consistent pace to the day. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including document intake, editing, printing, and end-to-end data management
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and assisting staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate and troubleshoot office technologies such as printers, copiers, and computers.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Maintain inventory, assist with administrative tasks, manage vendors

Requirements:
- Comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly, with options for a variety of shifts that accommodate your academic commitments.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Salary : $17 - $20
