Job Overview:
The Internet Sales Consultant at Prestige Volkswagen will be responsible for overseeing our online sales department and ensuring that our digital sales strategy aligns with the dealership's objectives. This role requires an individual who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to build relationships with customers online to drive traffic and increase sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize our web presence, improve lead conversion rates, and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Internet Sales Team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in handling online leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing information on inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Nurture leads through follow-up communications, schedule appointments, and convert online inquiries into in-person or virtual sales.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance for senior management.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online leads to in-store appointments and finalize sales.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online sales and digital marketing to continually improve processes and results.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless online-to-offline experience for all leads.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in internet sales, digital marketing, or automotive sales.
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms, CRM systems ( Preferably Eleads )
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage customers effectively through digital channels.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in an internet-based sales environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work well across departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF PROVEN SUCCESS IN AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET SALES TO APPLY
