Specialty Sales Coordinator
As the Specialty Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a concierge service to customers in our specialty showrooms featuring cabinetry, windows and doors.

Day-to-Day:
  • Provide a great experience to customers visiting our specialty showrooms.
  • Qualify the customer, utilizing sales questionnaires to learn about their project needs. Set the expectations for a successful project and communicate Preston Feather’s role.
  • Participate as a “concierge” in the sales process, guiding customers through the process.
  • Work closely with the sales team, helping to execute order through delivery.
  • Facilitate selling opportunities for hardware and smaller projects.
  • Use industry-specific software (Spruce ERP) for various inquiries and processes such as tracking order status, processing payments/deposits, receiving and invoicing.
  • Responsible for the presentation of the showroom, stocking samples and literature. Our showrooms are selection centers, allowing for decisions to be made earlier in the construction planning cycle.
