Regional Service Manager - East Coast

Location : East Coast - Travel Required

Ready to take charge and make sure everything runs smoothly? As a Regional Service Manager, you are responsible for managing the performance of the Service Technicians located at various job sites across the East Coast territory of the United States.

What You'll Do :

• Oversees and schedule team responses to providing service and customer support.
• Manages Technicians work on all installation, repair, maintenance, and testing required to resolve problems, verifies that completed work meets conformance to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems and assists Service Techs in solving work problems as needed.
• Suggests changes in working strategies and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Schedule personnel within the department to get maximum performance for scheduled hours while on job sites.
• Attend scheduled meetings with customers and potential customers.
• Estimate costs of materials and labor involved in potential projects.
• Determine materials, supplies and equipment necessary for job, order, and schedule delivery to site.
• Manage activities of the assigned jobs through delegation to the Service Technician.
• Monitor actual versus estimated costs incurred through daily written and verbal communication with the Service Technician.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship and communications with customer to ensure customer satisfaction of the project
• Manage multiple job sites for multiple Service Technicians.
• Manage Service Technician's evaluations, job payroll and expenses, materials, equipment, and supplies purchased, safety meetings and accident reports.
• Willingness to travel as needed throughout the continental US.
• Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, brings problems to the attention of the Safety Director.
• Adheres to Preston Refrigeration guidelines for expense reports and submits to Payroll Specialist in a timely manner.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and motivated, positive attitude.
• Other duties as assigned .
