Prestonwood Country Club is a premier private club known for its exceptional dining, banquet, and hospitality services. We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead and elevate our Restaurant, Banquet, Snack Bar, Culinary, and Catering Sales operations.
Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining, culinary, catering, and event operations, ensuring top-tier service, financial success, and staff development. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for creating outstanding member and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B and Culinary team.
- Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant, Banquet, Snack Bar, Culinary, and Catering Sales departments.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Catering Sales team to ensure seamless food and event service.
- Maintain and enhance service standards, member satisfaction, and overall dining experience.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance for all F&B and Catering operations.
- Oversee the execution of banquets, private events, and club-hosted functions.
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Recruit, train, and retain top F&B and Culinary talent.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage and Culinary management, preferably in a private club, hotel, or fine dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, catering, and culinary operations.
- Proven track record of staff leadership, financial management, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
