Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Assist with maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and update HR documents such as employee handbooks and policies.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and assisting with orientation.
2. Recruitment Assistance:
- Help post job openings and manage job boards.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with applicants.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and preparing interview materials.
3. Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate HR personnel.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team events or training programs.
- Maintain communication with employees regarding HR updates and company policies.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
- Update HR databases with employee information, such as leave records and employment status.
- Assist in generating HR reports, such as attendance, performance reviews, or turnover statistics.
5. Compliance and Policy Support:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Help with the preparation of reports or documentation for audits and inspections.
6. Additional Tasks:
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (for internship applicants).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
