Job Description :
Pret is growing and we are looking for great General Managers to join our team. A General Manager will work together with our Assistant General Manager for the operational performance of their shop. They are driving their business, developing fantastic teams, embedding change and being the gatekeeper of Pret knowledge and standards. They take pride in catching people doing things right and balance daily operational demands with strategic planning. They know when to step back and allow their teams to flourish.
The Pret Academy supports the training and development of our wonderful people. There are opportunities to progress further from a General Manager role.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Required : A Valid NYC Food Handler Card and at least one year of Restaurant Leader / Supervisor experience.
