Prettyboy Veterinary Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented person for a receptionist position. As a PBVH Customer Service Representative (CSR), our receptionists are the first interaction our clients experience when contacting us.
It is imperative that the following responsibilities are done with pride and confidence.
- Client communication with a positive and friendly attitude, in person and by phone.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, our Cornerstone system.
- Answering phones, setting appointments, inputting data, checking email, and keeping client records and database accurate and up to date.
- Proficient use of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, computers, printers, label makers).
- Thorough communication skills with our doctors and staff members.
- Payment processing and cash handling.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practice.
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, reliable, passionate, and hardworking. Experience is preferred be we are willing to train if we feel you are the right fit. Spend your days with wonderfully supportive staff, clients, and patients. Pay is based on experience as well as performance. Part-time hours could become full-time for the right person.
