Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our Vice President, Brad Lawing. This role involves assisting the current full-time Executive Assistant and managing various personal and professional tasks, including full calendar management, travel arrangements, and reservations. The position requires 25 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Vice President's personal and professional schedules, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries for both business and personal trips.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations for dining, events, and other personal engagements as requested.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and preparing correspondence.
- Errand Running: Perform personal errands and tasks to support the Vice President's daily activities.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
