Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as a Mid-Level Curriculum Manager for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Occasional travel may be required.

SMWDC’s mission focuses on advancing the Navy's Surface Force through four key areas:
- Advanced Tactical Training
- Doctrine and Tactical Guidance Development

- Capability Assessment, Experimentation, and Requirements
Support Locations:
This role provides support across various SMWDC sites, including:
- SMWDC Headquarters, San Diego, CA
- Mine Warfare (MIW) Division, San Diego, CA
- Sea Combat (SC) Division, San Diego, CA
- Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Division, Dahlgren, VA
- Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for presentations and reports
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations using Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere) and 3D software like Bryce and 3D Studio Max
- Ensure design outputs align with project requirements and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging materials
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations to meet high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and multimedia production
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience:
- Knowledge of and experience with Navy Tactical Publications
- Understanding of artistic design, experience developing high quality graphics for presentation and proficiency with Adobe software such as, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Premiere as well as Bryce and 3D Studio Max

Salary : $80,000 - $135,000
