About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Prevention Links Inc. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for managing direct reports, supporting fundraising and marketing efforts, and facilitating student transitions into and out of recovery high school.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Determine student eligibility and facilitate admissions processes
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine student readiness for RHS environment
- Coordinate post-secondary planning and support students in exploring various educational and vocational options
- Monitor students' toxicology levels and screens
- Facilitate team meetings and coordinate services among different program activities
Requirements:
A New Jersey licensed clinical social worker or professional counselor is preferred. Master's Degree in a recognized mental health discipline or human service is required. Experience in collegiate recovery or a high school environment is essential, with 3 years of experience working with adolescent substance abuse and recovery.
