Pest Control Worker

We're hiring a full-time pest control technician to help our customers get rid of unwanted visitors! You'll identify red flags that signal the presence of an infestation, decide on the appropriate treatment, and safely administer the appropriate tactics to eradicate pests and keep them from coming back. The ideal applicant has experience with integrated pest management, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys helping people. $35,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services
• Mix the correct amount of chemicals in the applicator based on your measurements of the infested area
• Answer any questions regarding our pest control services
• Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests
• Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customers

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine
• Incredible customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
