We are seeking a highly personable and dedicated individual to join our Member Services team. As a Member Services representative, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience by providing comprehensive support through various channels, including phone support, email, and chat. This role involves answering calls from members to address a wide range of inquiries, including billing, sales, sign-up assistance, technical support for mobile services, and customer retention. Your excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring our members have a positive and seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, chats, and emails from members to provide support and resolve their inquiries efficiently.
Assist with the onboarding process for new members, offering guidance and support during sign-up and activation.
Handle billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies to maintain member satisfaction.
Provide technical support for mobile services, troubleshooting issues and guiding members through solutions.
Support sales efforts by providing information and assistance with membership details, plan options, and general company processes.
Focus on customer retention by addressing concerns and offering solutions that encourage continued membership.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the member experience and address any recurring issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on member satisfaction.
Experience in handling billing inquiries, sales support, technical troubleshooting, and customer retention.

**Previous experience in a customer service or member services role is highly desirable.
Compensation:
$20/hr
100% of health insurance premiums covered by the company (Full-time only).
