Job Description
Prewett Pest Control is seeking a Customer Service & Collections Specialist in our Corporate Headquarters in Auburn, AL, to service all regions, including East Alabama, Gulf Coast, West Alabama, and West Georgia. This position requires someone who is customer-focused and has exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communicative skills.
Our service team is integral in growing and supporting PPC and its multiple locations. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the Southeast and throughout the United States.

Responsibilities
- Reflect our Core Values in all interactions, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Process auto credit card payments daily.
- Contact customers with past due balances via text, email, and phone in an attempt to collect.
- Monitor daily collection attempts and notate in database.
- Maintain companywide monthly collections goals.
- Manage inbound calls and customer requests from current and future customers, assisting with pricing, service, and scheduling of service appointments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Keep up-to-date and maintain knowledge of current company services and products
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
